Giya terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Giya app and services. By accessing or using our app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You may use the Giya app if you are capable of entering into a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction. The app is suitable for users of all ages, including teens and younger users, provided they have parental consent for financial transactions.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Giya, its affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date."

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
